Prisoners Literature Project

Thanks to your help, new dictionaries are (almost) here!

January 2017  |  Published in Latest News

We’re delighted to announce we’ve procured hundreds of new English dictionaries for prisoners!

Thanks to all of you who’ve donated to the PLP recently, we not only are sending out record numbers of book packages to U.S. prisoners, we can also afford to buy dictionaries (our most requested item.)

After recently running out of dictionaries – and struggling to find a new inexpensive source – we’ve just located & ordered more than 500 Webster’s New Basic Dictionaries which should be arriving soon.

They will be going out to multiple prisoners at every book-packing session. Thanks again to all for helping us afford these important books.
