The Prisoners Literature Project would like to thank Pegasus Books for making the PLP the beneficiary of its March and April gift card/credit drive!

The three Pegasus Books locations in Berkeley and Oakland ended up raising $850 via generous customers either donating book credit or buying gift cards to benefit our ‘books to U.S. prisoners’ non-profit.

Thanks again to Ill and everyone at Pegasus for making this possible. The donated money will go towards difficult-to-fill prisoner book requests and postage to allow us to continue sending out over 2,500 books per month to prisoners throughout the United States!

[If you’d like to donate or volunteer at the PLP, here’s more information on both options.]
